Job Overview:

The Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate is a key role within our customer support team, providing exceptional service to Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Mandarin and English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Primary point of contact for Mandarin customers, addressing a range of issues and requests related to our products and services.
  • Promptly and accurately respond to customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through proactive issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to teammates and engineering teams as needed, demonstrating judgment and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Success team to onboard clients, make modifications as requested, and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases through writing articles, recording video walkthroughs, and staying up-to-date on product features.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) with a strong focus on cultural awareness and understanding.
  • 1-3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven phone support experience, proficiency in help desk software, and expertise in remote support tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with a stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) and adapt to changing priorities.
