Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the communications process and be skilled in project management, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will develop and execute strategic communications plans that support our team's objectives. This includes managing various digital channels, creating content for diverse audiences, sourcing visual assets, and working with other teams to ensure alignment with overall goals.

The successful candidate will have experience in change management, social media, and digital marketing. They will also possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans
  • Manage digital communication channels, including website, email, and social media
  • Create content for diverse audiences
  • SOURCE VISUAL ASSETS, SUCH AS INFographics, VIDEOS, AND PRESENTATIONS
  • Work with other teams to ensure alignment with overall goals
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communications efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience with social media and other digital channels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
