Email Specialist Role

About this role:

This is a multi-functional position that requires proactive, well-organized individuals with strong communication skills to support an Account Manager in various duties. As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will assist in the organization of email campaigns and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert for clients using leading platforms for email marketing, transactional messaging, and deliverability optimization. They will provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation.
  • Monitor email performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of IP management and email authentication protocols.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
