About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients while ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • HS/SHS Graduate or College Undergrad/Graduate with 6 months BPO Voice Experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications.
