Nisje seeks a Compliance and Governance Expert to lead governance and compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will ensure Nisje complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. They will draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents including resolutions, by-laws, board minutes, and filings.

A key responsibility of this role is to provide clear, actionable guidance on corporate structure, tax intersections, and jurisdictional considerations.
