Legal assistants play a vital role in the success of our law firm. This position involves providing administrative support to attorneys, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and filing legal documents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with court procedures.
  • Analyzing case evidence, organizing data and preparing materials for attorneys.
  • Managing billing processes, performing administrative tasks and preparing invoices for clients.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the customer service industry, preferably with experience in billing and invoicing. A strong understanding of English language is required, both written and verbal. We value long-term commitment and offer extensive training to help new team members get up to speed quickly.

This role requires flexibility to work night shifts and overtime. Applicants must have access to high-speed internet and a reliable laptop or PC, as well as a high-quality headset.
