Home-Based Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled customer support professional to join our team in a remote work environment. As a customer support professional, you will provide exceptional service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats.
About the Role:
- Provide resolution to routine problems by clarifying customer requirements.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport.
- Offer additional products or services to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail and tolerance for repetitive work.
- Skilled in multi-tasking and adapting to changes quickly.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
Work Environment:
- Remote work environment with flexibility to rotate shifts as needed.
- Based on location and/or program, additional experience/skills may be required.
