Job Opportunity: Virtual Assistant for Technical Support

This role involves providing technical support to clients through virtual means, handling inquiries, managing accounts, creating automations, and designing landing pages. The primary focus is on delivering a seamless experience that helps clients thrive in their AI-driven business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, launch, and monitor cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io and other tools.
  • Generate targeted lead lists using Apollo.io based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
  • Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client's CRM.
  • Keep systems organized and documented in Notion or SOPs.
  • Ensure campaigns and workflows are launched on time and run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical VA or marketing automation role.
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel.
  • Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain tech setups and maintain process documentation.
