Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Driven Growth Leader to be the backbone of our fast-scaling sales, marketing, and customer success engine. This high-impact role will shape how data, processes, and systems drive growth across the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Better Integration and Workflows: Build seamless integrations and workflows for end-to-end funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
  • Ai Tools Implementation: Identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Design and maintain real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Data Reporting Infrastructure: Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
  • Process Automation: Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Insight Generation: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
  • Sales Reports: Produce and distribute regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment (startup or high-growth preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
  • Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
  • HubSpot and/or Clay experience is a plus.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
  • Proactive problem-solver and natural go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a hands-on, adaptable, and scale-up mindset.
