The Role

We're seeking a talented individual to turn manual services into automated processes. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that meet clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CTO to identify pain points, prioritize tasks, and define success metrics.
  • Develop and deploy AI-first utilities or integrate them into existing products; measure their impact.
  • Troubleshoot front-end, back-end, and infrastructure issues when agents malfunction.
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data; zero tolerance for security breaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Significant experience building and shipping SaaS products.
  • Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Able to rapid prototype features in hours, not days.
  • Previous automation work that delivered measurable business value.
  • A strong security mindset for handling sensitive data.
  • Self-directed and relentless in pursuit of AI knowledge.
