ERP Order Coordinator Job

We are seeking a proactive and organized ERP Order Coordinator to join our team.

  • This is an independent contractor position that involves supporting order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations.
  • You will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
  • Communication: Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Timelines: Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Team Collaboration: Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during EST working hours.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with flexible packaging industry processes.
  • Prior experience working with remote or international teams.
