Marketing Communications Lead

The Marketing Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the bank's marketing and communications strategies. This involves creating and executing promotional campaigns, assessing customer experience touchpoints, and enhancing the bank's brand identity through integrated research, corporate communications, and marketing services initiatives.

This position requires close collaboration with the Marketing Team to conceptualize, implement, and evaluate marketing communications campaigns across multiple platforms. The Marketing Communications Manager must also collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to create effective multi-platform marketing campaigns that drive awareness and achieve set product objectives.

Additionally, this role entails strategizing corporate communications and media relations initiatives both internally and externally, together with the Marketing Communications Officer - Brand & PR. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for writing and updating relevant articles, press releases, communication plans, speeches, and other written forms of communication.

Key performance indicators include overseeing the performance and effectiveness of marketing promotions and campaigns in relation to products/sales objectives. The Marketing Communications Manager must solicit inputs from key stakeholders to develop innovative marketing initiatives and collaborate with the Reputation and Brand Management team to mount events that showcase the bank, its brand, and products.

Essential qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication, 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in banking, strong written and oral skills, and experience as an experienced leader and collaborator.
