Corporate Communications Manager – Jollibee Group
The Corporate Communications Manager will serve a vital global role in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance and protect the Jollibee Group corporate reputation, support relevant stakeholder engagement, and drive internal and external awareness for the corporate brand and its narratives.
This position requires exceptional oral and written communication skills, strategic thinking, creativity, with high-level project management and organizing capabilities, effective interpersonal skills, digital proficiency and a passion for storytelling. The Corporate Communications Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, relevant business unit heads across key markets in developing and implementing initiatives, including mitigating risks and managing issues.
The role will encompass leading a Center of Excellence and will be reporting to the Global Corporate Communications Head.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance and protect the corporate reputation and brand narratives.
- Support stakeholder engagement and drive internal and external awareness for the corporate brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business unit heads across key markets to develop and implement initiatives, including risk mitigation and issues management.
- Lead a Center of Excellence within Global Corporate Communications and report to the Global Corporate Communications Head.
- Manage projects with strong organizational and budgeting capabilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Bachelor's degree in organizational communication, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages.
- Experience developing and implementing integrated communication strategies across multiple channels.
- Excellent media relations skills, with a network of media contacts and experience managing media inquiries and interviews.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to research, analyze data, identify gaps and opportunities, and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in record keeping and budget management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Experience in crisis communication and issues management is highly desirable.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid working set-up).
