The RoleWe are seeking a Business Banking Sales Officer - Broker Channel to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for selling the Bank's MSME products through various broker groups, ensuring timely execution, pre-screening, KYC, and closing of transactions for brokers' clients.
- Implement effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales initiatives to meet monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates to partners on their performance, new product offers, promotions, policies, processes, and turnaround time.
- Conduct product training, orientation, or refreshers for brokers, including MSME education or financial literacy seminars.
We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Financial Services. The ideal candidate should be a strong networker and relationship builder, able to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing environments.
- A minimum of 1-5 years of work experience in a related field.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
