Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at AP ALUMINUM AND GLASS OPC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, costing, installation, and fabrication departments, to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage.
