The Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in a similar role, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and lead generation.
  • Talent Development: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive outstanding sales performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to inform sales plans and initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of client projects and services.
  • Sales Metrics: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the management consulting or professional services industry.
  • Team Management: Excellent people management and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse complex business challenges and devise effective sales solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
