
Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination of payroll systems setup to ensure seamless implementation.
You will be responsible for referencing existing documentation on payroll systems, ensuring action items are completed in a timely manner, and increasing client speed to complete onboarding through successful completion of project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Systems Setup: Coordinate with clients to set up payroll systems, ensuring efficient implementation.
- Action Item Completion: Ensure timely completion of action items related to payroll systems.
- Client Onboarding: Support clients in completing onboarding tasks efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Instruction Following: Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Communication: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Operational Experience: Prior experience in operations or administrative roles is beneficial but not required. A passion for learning new concepts and collaborating effectively is essential.
- Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira/Confluence.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Quick Learner: A quick learner who can adapt to new situations and concepts.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly seeking understanding by asking questions and improving processes.
40 hours per week, 9-5 pm US Eastern Time, remote. Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone.
