Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to assist clients through the website production process, ensuring timely and successful project launches. As the bridge between our clients and production team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and driving the resolution of web project issues.

Key responsibilities include assisting clients in achieving their online goals, coordinating with our team to deliver high-quality results, and anticipating potential errors to prevent support calls. You will also be responsible for creating project status reports and delivering updates to clients and managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should be proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of website content management and internet-related products.
