Job Title: Website Project Coordinator

Description:

The role of the Website Project Coordinator is to act as a liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring projects are completed within scope. This involves coordinating with clients and production teams regarding new or updated processes/products, providing feedback to management to improve products/services, and maintaining an objective approach to keeping clients satisfied.

This position requires excellent written/oral communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize workload efficiently to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client/project communications.
  • Manage project workflows and timelines.
  • Provide input on process/product improvements.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through objective approach.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management/coordinating.
  • Background in art/design (optional).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service experience in North America (at least 1 year).
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Background in internet-related products (web hosting/web design).
  • Flexibility/adaptability in fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-driven, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Salesforce/WordPress knowledge (optional).
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
