We are currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of tasks, manage timelines and schedules, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members and ensure seamless collaboration.

• Client Relationship: Develop strong relationships with clients, address their needs, and exceed their expectations.

• Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on project progress and provide insights to drive business decisions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365).

Preferred Skills:

• Keyword research.

• Editorial calendar planning.

• Content brief preparation for various formats.

• Blog/article writing with good English grammar.

• PR experience including press release creation and virtual networking.

• Project management and coordination.

• Canva design.

• Email marketing.

• Experience with AI tools.

• Adobe tools proficiency.

• Video editing skills.

• Social media video marketing.

• CRM experience.

• Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads.
