Marketing Automation Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to spearhead and optimize marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

This is a highly strategic role that requires a strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua, as well as familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).

  • Plan, execute, and enhance automated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Drive lead nurturing programs and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Integrate and align Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities.
  • Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintain database health and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
