Quality Assurance Leader

Our organization is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) leader to drive the delivery of high-quality IT applications. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing.

About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of manual and automated testing practices, as well as experience with test automation tools like SFDC. You will also need to ensure accountability and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Lead the delivery of IT Applications projects to deliver high-quality systems exceeding expectations.
  • Own quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of solid experience in application QA/testing.
  • 2+ years of QA leadership experience.
  • SFDC background required.
  • Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices.
  • Ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Requirements

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will also have:

  • Hands-on experience with QA tools like Provar and automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to performance testing and monitoring.
