Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our financial planning and analysis initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly forecasts that accurately reflect business performance and growth prospects.
- Create and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and scenario planning.
- Analyze financial performance data and identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment of financial planning with business objectives.
- Oversee commission processes, sales pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis to optimize sales performance.
- Partner with IT to implement automation and enhance financial reporting capabilities using NetSuite, Power BI, and custom dashboards.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support month-end close activities to ensure accurate reflection of actuals versus budget and forecast.
- Drive process improvements within finance to boost efficiency, automation, and scalability.
