Job Opportunity:

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the development and growth of our product catalog.

This role requires a technical product leader who can own the catalog from end to end, including strategy, supplier management, support, and purchasing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating across teams, working with manufacturers, launching new products, and ensuring inventory meets customer demand.

As the go-to expert on what we sell, why it matters, and how to keep it in stock, you'll be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries
  • Support technical scoping and assist on large or complex RFQs
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and product resources
Product Growth Strategy:
  • Identify opportunities for new product additions, working closely with suppliers to source OEM or private label items
  • Collaborate with the team to market and launch new products
  • Monitor performance, returns, and customer feedback to inform future product decisions
  • Forecast demand and ensure inventory levels meet business needs
Quality and Compliance:
  • Review and manage CAD files, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure product specifications, listings, and supporting documents are up to date and easy to understand
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
