Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Virtual Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and experience to our valued clients.

About the Role:
  • Provide top-notch customer support and manage client communications
  • Handle calls and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Perform administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management
  • Manage marketing and social media campaigns to enhance our online presence
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
  • Represent our core values effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide valuable insights and data to our leadership team as required
Requirements:
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
