Remote Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to fulfill a critical role in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch remote support to customers, manage and update technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure prompt resolutions while documenting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage and update technical issues for accurate tracking.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems and document resolution steps.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to address their needs.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base materials.
  • Stay current with the latest company tools and services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps and remote setup requirements.
  • Experience in technical support, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong team-player mindset.
