Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide administrative and operational support in running our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent digital literacy, and experience working with collaborative platforms and tools.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing user access requests, permissions, and security roles within our system. They will also maintain and update the category tree structure, support the lifecycle of active strategies, and coordinate timely central uploads of spend data.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating project and core team calendars, supporting scheduling and logistical coordination across global teams, and tracking and monitoring operational deliverables and timelines.

Requirements
  • Strong Digital Literacy: Ability to work with collaborative platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, project management tools, data systems)
  • Project Management Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a project management or operational support role
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
