As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Human Resources and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to employees through effective communication, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

  • Deliver an empathic and customer-focused experience for all employees

  • Provide timely support to employee inquiries, demonstrating a high level of customer service and commitment to innovation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role

  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred
