Human Resource Generalist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and training programs.
  • Implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in US HR, leave management, termination monitoring, and employee benefits.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Outsourcing is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making skills.
Working Arrangements:
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup, both from home and office.
  • Amenable to graveyard shift schedule.
