Business Intelligence Specialist Job Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in the organization, focusing on data analysis to inform business decisions. The Business Intelligence Specialist will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with other teams to gather strategic inputs into the decision-making process.
  • Owning the end-to-end process of deploying desired outcomes.
  • Gathering requirements, development, and implementation for customization.
  • Testing implementation through data analysis.
  • Monitoring the production environment post-deployment.
  • Understanding credit risk and different Home Credit products and processes.
  • Development support, testing, and monitoring of Risk-critical systems and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or IT preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite – active user, focus on Excel (analytical functions, pivots, etc.).
