Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

This role is accountable for designing and maintaining scalable, automated dashboards and reports that measure progress against key operational performance goals and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of existing e-commerce performance metrics and be able to develop new key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge e-commerce performance.

They will collaborate closely with management and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them.

  • Analyze data to derive actionable insights and areas of opportunity for e-commerce operational performance, make recommendations to operating teams, and present findings to business stakeholders.
  • Conduct statistical analysis using industry standard techniques.
  • Develop and refine existing data models.
  • Work to structure e-commerce customer and operational data and ensure reliability and integrity of data sources.
  • Partner across departments or business groups to align priorities and obtain buy-in from stakeholders and functional owners.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges using data in current processes and metrics to ensure proactive response and help the business course correct or seize opportunities.
