Business Intelligence Analyst

Work Set-up : Full Onsite in BGC Taguig

Work Schedule: Night shift

Employment Type: Direct Hire permanent role

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated dashboards, KPIs, and alerts to monitor eCommerce performance and identify opportunities.

Conduct regular and ad-hoc data analysis to improve operations and uncover root causes of performance issues.

Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and align priorities.

Perform advanced analytics including data mining, regression, and predictive modeling with Analytics and Data Science teams.

Ensure data reliability and integrity while supporting reporting and customer experience improvements.

Requirements:

• 4-year degree (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS or similar focus) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, operations, fulfillment, finance, and/or analytics.
• Knowledge and experience with data query and extraction technologies (e.g., SQL, Teradata, Snowflake)
• Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (e.g,. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo)

Business Analyst/Reports Developer

Work Set-up : Hybrid Set-up (10x/Month RTO) in BGC Taguig

Work Schedule: Night shift

Employment Type: Direct hire permanent role

Responsibility:

· Export Compliance Program Management for Clients

• Collaborate with high profile clients and project leads on multiple large projects that span across multiple platforms or ERPs (SAP, IMFirst, Impulse, Shipwire, etc.) and multiple development teams
• Advise with compliance knowledge and technical expertise during the requirements gathering process

Automation, Process Improvement and System Enhancement

• Partner cross-functionally to create and provide data and system requirements needed to develop metrics.
• Initiate in delivering business and systems process automation improvements and provide solutions with primary objective to increase efficiencies, accuracies and productivity.
• capture feature/function information at varying levels and document them in a requirements management tool (BRDs, JIRA, etc.)
• Create test cases and provide UAT results

Performance Metrics, Reporting, and Analysis

• Develops key performance metrics and dashboards and presentations to help drive key business decision-making and provide data-driven improvement recommendations through data mining and analyses.
• Detailed monthly reports along with occasional ad hoc reporting will be required

Supporting Systems Operations and Auditing

• Resolve issues and bug reports raised by users in a timely manner.
• Enhance scripts/applications based on additional new requirements.
• Produce technical design as required. Create and maintain documentations to provide a comprehensive understanding of scripts/applications.

Export Operations Administration

• Manage meetings with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Provide timely updates on different phases of the project.

Requirements:

· With at least 4 years Business Analysis/Reports Developer experience

· Proven experience with Macro, SQL, Power BI, SAP

· Experienced working with large data sets (minimum of 100K rows)

Business Intelligence Analyst

· Deliver actionable insights through monthly internal reports and assist the Go Rewards team with quarterly partner presentations to stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain dashboards for the Go Rewards team and partners to track performance metrics and KPIs.

· Conduct deep-dive analyses in response to stakeholder requests and through independent data explorations to uncover growth opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization.

· Manage end-to-end data projects, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and report delivery.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources and refining reporting processes.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Tech, Program, and Partner Teams to align analytics with business goals.

· Support partner onboarding by defining tracking requirements and ensuring seamless data integration.

Technical Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

· 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar role.

· Proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, aggregations) and Python for data analysis.

· Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

· Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights—from extraction to visualization and storytelling.
