We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the design-driven architecture studio, you will play a vital role in translating creative concepts into accurate and detailed documentation using Revit.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting/documentation skills, with the ability to interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively. They will also be able to communicate and collaborate with a small team in a remote environment, managing their own time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality construction documentation using Revit, including general arrangement plans, sections, and elevations
  • Work with supplied Revit templates and follow established documentation styles
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation sets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills
  • Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
