We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to provide support to our Construction Director.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of full-time work experience and excellent organizational skills.


Detailed Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Construction Director, encompassing tasks such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, and contractor/vendor coordination.
  • Organize construction-related documents, including contracts, permits, change orders, and reports.
  • Utilize project management tools to track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely task execution.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for construction projects.
  • Support invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Prepare accurate and timely expense reports.
  • Develop presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as required.

Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of full-time work experience is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working in a leading construction company is beneficial.
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
