
Construction Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to provide support to our Construction Director.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of full-time work experience and excellent organizational skills.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Construction Director, encompassing tasks such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, and contractor/vendor coordination.
- Organize construction-related documents, including contracts, permits, change orders, and reports.
- Utilize project management tools to track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely task execution.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for construction projects.
- Support invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Prepare accurate and timely expense reports.
- Develop presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as required.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of full-time work experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience working in a leading construction company is beneficial.
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
