About the role

Seeking an experienced Construction and Maintenance professional to join the dynamic team at Select Goods' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. As a Construction and Maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, as well as the ongoing maintenance and repair of our premises.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all construction and renovation projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements
  2. Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  3. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
  4. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  6. Maintain detailed records of all construction and maintenance activities
  7. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our facilities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a construction or facilities maintenance role
  2. Strong technical expertise in building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction
  3. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
  8. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
