Remote Workforce Strategist

We're redefining the future of work for companies worldwide, and we need a key player to help us achieve this vision. As a Workforce Manager, you'll oversee workforce planning, monitor absenteeism and attrition, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless talent matching.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to strategic workforce decisions.
  • Utilize data analytics to forecast optimal staffing levels and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to streamline new hire processes.
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of tools and system access for departing employees.
  • Track account churn and work with leadership to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintain a centralized database of active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Provide regular workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with key stakeholders.
Reports and Deliverables:
  • Active employee count by job level.
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD absenteeism rates.
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attrition rates.
  • Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
  • Ad-hoc workforce management reports as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
