
Staffing Solutions Consultant

The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-driven and relationship-focused individual who can qualify prospects for our premium staff augmentation services, educate potential clients about the benefits of our embedded partnership model, and set high-quality discovery calls for our CEO. This is a full-time remote position that requires strong verbal and written English communication skills, as well as the ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections professionally. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed prospect tracking with all qualification attempts in our CRM system, updating lead scores, qualification status, and comprehensive conversation notes, and tracking qualification metrics and conversion rates through our dashboard.
Responsibilities- Qualify prospects for our premium staff augmentation services
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of our embedded partnership model
- Set high-quality discovery calls for our CEO
- Maintain detailed prospect tracking with all qualification attempts in our CRM system
- Update lead scores, qualification status, and comprehensive conversation notes
- Track qualification metrics and conversion rates through our dashboard
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections professionally
- Strong listening skills to identify prospect pain points and infrastructure challenges
- Confidence in discussing initial staffing investment and business ROI
- Previous experience in B2B lead qualification, inside sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with call center operations, customer service challenges, or staff augmentation
- Understanding of business operations and staffing pain points
- Experience overcoming objections related to outsourcing or offshore services
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems, lead scoring systems, and qualification frameworks
- Proficiency with Zoom, email management, and calendar coordination
- Strong internet research skills and database management
