Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Event Staffing Specialist.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and utilize cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to select the best staff for each assignment.
  • Recruit, enroll, and train promotional staff over the phone and via email.
  • Book and manage promotional staff for assignments nationwide.
  • Evaluate and record staff performance after each assignment.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and talent.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher strongly preferred.
  • Ideally 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email.
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated.
  • Open availability is required.
