About the role

We're looking for an experienced Travel Specialist (GDS) to join our dynamic team at N&M Staffing Services' in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time Travel Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and booking travel arrangements for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Utilising global distribution systems (GDS) to research, compare and book the most suitable travel options for clients

  • Providing personalized travel recommendations and itinerary planning based on client preferences and budgets

  • Handling all aspects of the booking process, including flights, accommodation, and transportation

  • Effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends, regulations, and supplier offerings

  • Providing post-booking customer support, including managing changes, cancellations, and inquiries

  • Collaborating with the wider travel team to ensure a seamless client experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar travel consultant or booking agent role

  • Proficiency in using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

  • Thorough knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry regulations

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Passion for the travel industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
