Job Opportunity

This role involves developing the ICT capabilities of our members based on their needs and mandate.

As a Member Development Lead, you will design programs to support digital transformation across the membership.

Responsibilities
  • Assess member needs and develop strategies for enhancing ICT capabilities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver training and development initiatives.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation principles.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
