ICT Capability Development LeadThis role is designed for a highly motivated individual to lead the development of ICT capabilities across our membership. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing member needs and designing programs to support digital transformation.The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related fields. They should possess knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation, as well as experience with adult learning principles.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation across our membership.
  • Formulate and deliver HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A strong background in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related fields.
  • Experience in remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in delivering training to adults.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
