ABSI is seeking a skilled Partnership Lead to develop and execute strategic business partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing growth plans and strategies
• Analyzing data, creating reports, and providing recommendations to identify growth opportunities
• Proactively creating opportunities to access available partnerships with various brands and agencies
• Managing end-to-end development and execution of strategies aimed at client acquisition and conversion
• Overseeing partnership contracts and coordinating with various departments to ensure commitments are met and all clauses are properly enforced
• Forecasting, measuring, and reporting results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 or more years of professional partnership experience, account management, or equivalent experience with a proven track record for building relationships and winning business
• Knowledge in corporate, vendor partnership, or account management
• Ability to maintain good relationships with partners, vendors, and accounts
• Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibility to deliver against set targets
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Agile mindset, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player
• Experience in start-up or ed-tech is a plus.
