Job Title: Business Development Manager

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in solution selling or working with service industry in Philippines
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies
  • Technical skills in Microsoft apps and databases
