We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Call Center Agent in Clark, Pampanga.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
  • At least 3 months of call center experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Fluency in multiple languages
