Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Risk and Assurance Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and monitoring operational risks, executing assurance programs, and evaluating internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing risk, ensuring compliance, and providing high-quality assurance services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Assurance Programs
    • Design and execute comprehensive assurance programs to evaluate internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of risk and develop targeted solutions.
  • Internal Controls Evaluation
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor and report on the implementation of corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management, assurance, or internal controls.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in English language.
