Job Description:

The Jobholder will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Executing assurance programs, conducting testing, and evaluating internal controls for effectiveness.
  • Detecting non-conformities, providing actionable recommendations, and collaborating with stakeholders for timely remediation.
  • Preparing clear, relevant reports and feedback for internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to training, process enhancements, and managing ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in operational risk, assurance, or internal controls.
  • Strong grasp of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage projects, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with a detail-oriented and improvement-driven mindset.
  • High integrity, team-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English.
