Job Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting deal execution across mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis, industry research, and data-driven insights into niche subject areas.
  • Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses, transforming raw client data into transaction structuring, working capital pegs, and leveraged buyout models.
  • Develop high-quality client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives.
  • Manage execution processes, ensuring seamless transaction workflows and delivering exceptional results.
  • Contribute actively to recruiting and firm-building initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or equivalent roles (top-tier consulting or sell-side equity research with relevant transaction exposure considered).
  • Strong academic credentials preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced financial modeling skills, including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and ability to find innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and engagement with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
