Investment Structure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our team as an Investment Structure Specialist.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will play a vital role in supporting client investment programs and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Your expertise in understanding various investment structures across asset classes will be invaluable in driving success in the alternative investment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor tax and legal documents related to investment structures.
  • Coordinate with external parties for asset safekeeping and record-keeping.
  • Provide operational support to investment teams, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in operations teams of private equity or financial services industries.
  • Ability to understand and interpret corporate transaction documents (subscription agreements, credit agreements, LPAs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
