Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Investment Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of investments, ensuring seamless execution of investment operations, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure data integrity.

About the Role:
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of investments, including updates, adjustments, and restructurings.
  • Execute ad-hoc adjustments and complex restructurings of investments within clients' databases.
  • Input on operational setups for new investments based on investment structures within our systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness through various checks and balances.
  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill requirements and completeness of information for investment setups.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the finance industry and ability to read and understand investment documents.
  • Basic understanding of investment processes and controls across all product structures is advantageous but not essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in operations teams of Private Equity or other Financial Services companies is advantageous.
