Appointment Setter Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll play a vital role in reaching potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Making outbound calls to engage with potential customers and understand their needs
  2. Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  3. Accurately inputting information into our system to ensure seamless communication
  4. Representing the company in a professional manner when interacting with contacts, building trust and rapport
  5. Ensuring all calls meet the high standards and requirements of the company, delivering exceptional results
  6. Delivering reports accurately and on time, providing valuable insights for future improvements
  7. Participating in initiatives aimed at improving processes, driving growth and success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role
  2. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. A reliable strong internet connection and designated quiet workspace, ensuring focus and productivity
  4. Ability to work effectively during non-traditional hours, adapting to changing schedules
